We are Marilee Brozovich and Chris Jorgensen, certified personal trainers and a husband and wife team with 50+ combined years of training experience in the field of fitness and well-being.  We are extremely passionate about walking our talk, and strive to set an example of portraying the tenets of healthy living we advocate.

Living the life of a trainer involves a marriage of elements including love of the great outdoors, running, mountain biking, and of course time spent in the gym refining form and training techniques through a myriad of exercises, both basic and challenging.  Through the years as we have evolved, we have each found niches in the training field where we really excel!  Chris loves power training for the athletically inclined and using techniques for maximizing the anabolic hormone response in the maturing male.  Marilee loves cross-training; combining the long stretching movements of yoga with the focus on the core of the Pilates method with total body weight-training exercises all done circuit-style to maximize the cardiovascular demand of the workout and strengthen without adding bulk. 

We believe that the value of nutrition and healthy eating cannot be over- emphasized as it is the foundation on which overall health and life satisfaction is built. 

We believe in quality over quantity of training.   

We believe we can never be too careful with someone else's body. 

We believe in knowing why we are doing something, then mindfully doing what we are doing while we are doing it.

We believe that vigorous health and unimaginable levels of performance can be attained and maintained at any time if the mind and body are willing and focused.
